Ready, Set, Regret (Or Not!)
Nestled in downtown, this hotel greets you with genuine smiles and accommodating staff. The breakfast selection was good, and my room-though without a window-was a peaceful retreat. A fantastic location near vibrant eateries! Just a heads-up, the bathroom's tight on space for toiletries. An enjoyable stay overall!

Breakfast was a dream, with so many choices! The rooftop pool was my personal paradise-quiet, warm, and perfect for a quick dip. Plus, I got a cute gift at checkout. Such a sweet surprise!
But my room was like a soundproof snail shell. Thanks to the kiddos next door, my beauty sleep turned into an Olympic event!

The staff was helpful, with special mentions to Henry, Jenny, and Mae for their amazing insider tips on the city and arrangements for our transfer. The clean facilities, including the amazing pool with a city view, were a highlight of our stay. I enjoyed the diverse breakfast options, which catered to various tastes. To add, the lovely city view from our room.

Amazing stay with thoughtful touches!
The staff was super friendly, and they surprised us on our anniversary with swan towels and rose petals, just so sweet. The breakfast spread was awesome too, with a mix of local and international flavors. The only thing? The spa was closed for maintenance, but we enjoyed the rooftop pool instead!

The location is perfect for exploring while maintaining a level of peace away from the chaos. The breakfast offered a good variety, including home-made pies and jams that were a highlight. The room felt basic, notably lacking a window, and the small bathroom left limited space for toiletries. The staff was attentive, made the shortcomings more manageable.
